3 wks. on Lexapro - no orgasms. Anybody ever add testosterone cream (females) and have it make a difference?

Although I am male, I believe that I might be able to help you out with this question. I have vast nutritional knowledge, so I know some things you can combine with your Lexapro to bring back the pleasure. I also take Lexapro, by the way, at 20mg.
I would suggest adding 800IU. of Vitamin E daily to start. Also, add 500-1000mg. of Vitamin C a day for counteracting the Dopamine lowering properties of the SSRI's. You could also consider a B-Complex, but the above 2 are the main "arousal" vitamins.
You have a few options if these Vitamins don't do the trick by themselves. First off, Yohimbe is the "Cadillac" herb for orgasm and sexual desire. If you go with this, realize that it can, and likely will, cause anxiety or induce panic. You might also consider Korean or Siberian Ginseng, in a formula also containing Gingko Biloba. If you are skeptical about herbals, try 500-1000mg. of L-Tyrosine, or even some GABA, since it enhances Growth Hormone!
Use these reccommendations to start with, and keep us posted. If you don't receive any benefit from these agents, then I will give you some stronger supplements to try. I hope you take these suggestions seriously, because I have been on Serotonin agents for a long time, and due to my knowledge of Nutrition, I have always been able to achieve orgasms, and more importantly when it comes to men's side effect profile from SSRI's, sustain sex drive and erectile function!

I'm on Lexapro 30mg (for almost 2 months) and have lost all sexual desire (btw I'm male) and functioning. I can maybe achieve orgasm 1-2 times a month. Ugh.
