I am an otherwise healthy male in my late 30's who has been on 400mg/day of Serzone for several years with no ill effects. I recently recovered from a nasty upper respiratory infection only to find I have been severely depressed this entire week. I spent almost 3 full days in the bed and have only started to halfway function today. I am curious if this is normal after being sick and if this will go away. It really feels miserable. Any comments from someone with a similar experience would be greatly appreciated.

This is normal, at least it is for me.
Depending on the illness, it can be
psychological, lack of excercise, and or
improper eating.Good luck, it should improve
