>Is it your *eyes* that are jumping about, or is it the muscles in your face around your eyes? Depakote causes mild tremor in my left hand and sometimes a "fluttering" fine muscle twitching around my eyes (usually after a dose increase and then it settles down). The only med that I noticed an intense jiggling of my eyes was with Wellbutrin (combined with Depakote, however). What else are you taking?

Am taking wellabutrin of course.
it's pretty freaky.did you take the two together? If so, what other s/e did you have?
While I am probably loosing weight due to the tummy ache ...my stomach is a bit bloated, tremors come and go, usually two hours before my next dose.
any other information you can pass along would be great.

>Well, that's interesting. Depakote causes tremor in many folks on its own. Wellbutrin can cause it too. I found the "jiggling" eyes was primarily a Wellbutrin side effect (at higher doses esp.). I didn't really notice it until I was sitting reading with a little eye fatigue. It was a little like trying to read something and eating potato chips at the same time (the image would shake). When I was taking Dexedrine with Depakote I would get this foot "purring" effect. I guess the nerve impulses going to the muscles in my foot would cause them (the muscles) to vibrate real rapidly-it was almost like there was a cell phone vibrate alarm going off in my foot!

:)
these twitches are when turn my head really fast, it's like my eyes are going to slide off my face,, or if I am going up stairs pretty fast, and when I am really tired.Which is most of the time this week.

>You mentioned "turning your head really fast". I didn't really notice the visual disturbance unless I was seeing something out of my *peripheral vision* not being steady. It was like an old movie being played in high school with a 16mm projector that was "stuttering" or "clacking".
