I am on my second week of Lexapro, first week 2.5 mgs., this week 5 mgs. (I usually take small doses of meds). I am taking it for anxiety, yet it seems to be increasing it. Is this a side effect that goes away?

It will go away. The first month or so on an SSRI often causes jitteriness.

I have to take klonopin along with the lex. to relieve the anxiety. I take 10 mg of lex a day and 1 to 2 mgs of klo. a day. If I didn't take the klonopin, I don't know that I could stay on the lexapro which I've been on for about 3 months.
