I have been taking Remeron 45mg for about 7 months. I have had a headache for the past 30 days and PCP diagnosed it as a "muscular tension" headache. However, my pdoc thinks it may be the Remeron, thus I'm tapering off of it. Has anyone else experienced chronic headaches while taking Remeron? thanks

I've been on it a few years. It actually helped my headaches for a long time. I've been having more lately and I found out I have borderline high blood pressure. this has to be either from the remeron or the weight gain from it. I have other signifigant problems with it & am seeing a neurologist for those issues. Have you checked your blood pressure? Maybe its high and that could be a contributing factor. BTW, how are you tapering off ?
