I've started taking omega fatty acids, first fish oil (Carlson's with lemon; good stuff, no vitamin A and no fish taste), but just switched over to omegabrite to get the ratio in the depression study.
I have become very very anxious. My doctor has also changed some homeopathic remedies this week, and I didn't built up on omegabrite, started on 1500 a day. Can omega three make you jittery, shakey? My whole body is shaking and even valium doesn't help much.
Anyone have any ideas about starting fish oil and becoming very anxious?
Thanks,
Shelli
