I have been diagnosed with both complex partial seizures and bi-polar depression. I am taking Lamictal, Neurontin, and Lexapro. The seizures are much better, but the depression isn't. I have tried Prozac, Zoloft, Serzone, Effexor, Paxil, Wellbutrin, literally every antidepressant on the market and nothing seems to help. I have gone through a dozen psychiatrists and therapists and to no avial. I was abused as a child and had a successful career for 25 years. I want my old life back. I am on SSI and cannot see private doctors, only those the state will allow. What other drug cocktail might you suggest I try?

What dosages of Lamictal and Neurontin do you need to control your seizures? Have you ever been on Tegretol before?
