hey larry...
we've exchanged responses on here and I've eagerly read your responses to other topics of interest on the board.. so this may sound silly but who -are- you? I mean, are you a doctor? or hugely interested in medicines and alternative treatments How is it you are extremely knowledgable on so many topics, etc? Anyways.. just curious. :) And thanks for the interesting link!

a) a geekazoid mutant from Zorn, who is secretly seeking dilithium crystals to power up his warp drive;
b) a drug-intolerant individual seeking relief from the symptoms of PTSD, CFS, IBS, and double-depression (major depression superimposed upon dysthymia) by any means possible;
c) both;
d) neither.> I mean, are you a doctor?
I'm not a doctor, but I am educated.
>or hugely interested in medicines and alternative treatments
Very much.

Insatiable curiosity. The world is just too fascinating for words.

Thanks for the thoughtful questions. I feel grateful to have your respect.

If you take away the reference to PTSD what you have described fits my symptoms like a glove. Point A in particular describes my social anxiety down to a tee as this is how I percieve myself when looking in the mirror.
I didn't realize that you were a fellow CFS sufferer. That is unless I actually failed this little multiple choice test and the answer is actually D :).

Unfortunately Lecithin doesn't fight the good fight against the blood brain barrier, thus proving rather useless in the treatment of anxiety that this page suggests...
