What is involved in the conversion of Alpha Linoic Acid into EPA/DHA. Are there any ways to improve this process in the body.

Other than making sure you're a female <wink>, the absolute best thing you can do is to cut down on omega-6 intake. That's vegetable oil, in all its many guises.
