Nardil Sleepiness?

Hi

I been on Nardil for about 7 weeks now.. when I bumped up to 90mg I noticed during the afternoon to evening I am sleepy. I take my 15 mg pills 3 when I wake up and 3 at noon. The morning is just the opposite, I feel energized and refreshed even if I didn't sleep long. Can anyone tell me what they might have done to counteract this sleepiness effect ?
