It took a little over 4 weeks but the last few day's I felt great. My social anxiety is hardly noticable to me. I would have considered myself with extreme social anxiety, hardly leaving the house. I still have old habits such as avoiding eye contact but hopefully I can break it with practice. I am currently at 75mg right now.
I have some sexual side effects and also get tired during the day and take nap's. But in the morning I wake up with full energy at 7am. It use to take me like 2 hours to even wake up completely at 9am.
Thought I would share.
Nick

Been there. The eye contact situation may very well clear up too. I hope it lasts for you!

Okay, I know, I know, we've had this thread before... but if I take Nardil, do I really have to give up tofu and all soy? That's like 9/10 of my diet! I'd do it otherwise...
If you take this stuff with soy, let me know...
This is the end of the thread.
