Sebastian why did you quit the Zyprexa? I have been on Zyprexa (10mg every evening) for about 4 months along with Effexor. It seems the Zyprexa has zapped my energy and dampened my motivation to workout. I am thinking about stopping the Zyprexa. I am generally an insomniac, but the Zyprexa makes me sleep deeply. I also have a very difficult time getting up in the morning. Just wondering why you are quitting.

I tried to come off Zyprexa a couple of weeks ago - no physical side effects, but mood-wise, it's been terrible - very black. That drug really helps stabilize me, we think. I'm "hanging in" until it kicks back in - soon I hope... It also is great for me and sleep though the first few hours in the morning are hard (and I take it in the late afternoon the day before in an attempt to lessen the morning after glow)Jan

Ya! I'm back on it again. 2.5 this time, took it and feel much better again. I had to try.
