I can accept the statement: "Pills don't give you skills", as accurate. The "trouble" with CBT is the variability of the *skill* of the *therapists*. Meds don't have the *interpersonal* variability problem. I suppose if you can recognize a "bad" CBT therapist and find a "good" one without wasting much time it would be best. However, if you get a bad psychopharmacologist, you you may as well be in the same boat as well.thanks,
