I stopped Zoloft cold-turkey after taking it for a month. It has been two days and I feel fine and have had no withdrawl symptoms. How long does it usually take for the withdrawl symptoms to start? Or is it possible that I just did not take the Zoloft for long enough for my body to become dependant on it?

Hi,
It is possible that you weren't taking Zoloft for long enough,
or,you may be one of the lucky ones that doesn't get withdrawal, not everyone does !
Or, you may experience some symptoms in a little while.
Why have you stopped taking the Zoloft so soon ?
Good luck,
janejj

I think I am going to start Wellbutrin, my doctor suggested it. I also don't know if I will take more Zoloft when I get it. I think I might because it is the end of the second day now and I am starting to feel pretty depressed although still no physical withdrawl symptoms. I am also thinking about taking adderal or something like it because I think I have ADD and I am pretty sure it is a major cause of my depression.
This is the end of the thread.
