Is anyone taking topamax along with dexadrine, aderrall ect? I take 150 mgs along with my dex. 10mgs and I feel like crap so I was wonderering if anyone else is having any luck. If so please let me know.

I take 200mgs Topamax and 10mgs Adderal XR and was having similar problems at first. I find that taking the Top dose all at late afternoon/bedtime helps to alleviate the problem. I don't know if that would work for you but you could ask your doc?

> GregI used to take Topamax with Lithium, but now I just take 175mg of Topamax. I recently added Ritalin to help combat the concentration/tiredness problems and have found that it really helps. I also found that they get better with time as your body adjusts. Besides the fact that I feel like I drug myself to sleep, drug myself awake, and live and drugged existence, I feel better than I have felt in years!
