Anyone had any experience with The new version of Paxil---Paxil CR. The controlled release is supposed to make a big difference in side effects, somnolence and stomach upset especially, according to my doc. He recommended I try it starting out at 12.5 mgs a day. Any thoughts appreciated....TR

Hi Ted,
I was just given some samples of Paxil CR too. I read the insert packet and it does not state whether this new version of Paxil still only stays in your system for 19 hours like the original version, meaning it is HELL getting off of it (or at least that is what I experienced).
I'd like to hear some more feedback about this too.
