NoDoze has 100 mg per tablet IIRC. A strong 10 oz. cup of coffee probably has 150-200 mg, plus the other xanthines.

Here in Canada, they're called Wake-Up pills. I could take them & head right off to bed & sleep through it all. But once, trying a valerian root tablet (for sleep), it gave me the jitters & kept me awake. Caffeine does nothing to keep me awake or for mental stimulation. It has a greater effect on a normal person's physical system than their mental system.
This is the end of the thread.
