Dear Jonh,
I live in Oregon and have a holistic physician. Do you have a holistic medical association in Canada? I think they might be more agreeable to prescribing off-label and foreign meds. After several years of diet, nutrient, and hormone based treatment, my holistic M.D. prescribed amisulpride at my request... he even asked how to spell it. He just wants me to get better. I have been taking amisulpride for 8 months now, and it has mildly improved my social functioning, but done nothing for my fatigue. My next request will be amisulpride + adderall + memantine.
