Block doapmine
Increase seratonin firing
Increase gaba

not all in one to my knowledge. It would have to be poly-pharmacy:
block dopamine-antipsychotics
increase serotonin firing-Pindolol, Mirtazapine
increase Gaba- benzodiazepines, Valporate, Neurontin, Topiramate,

GHB does the last two points altogether, but in this case we're talking of an illegal drug....I don't see the benefit of this mixed action you require....Tex
