I 'd like to investigate Tianeptine's supposed beneficial effects on depression induced brain shrinkgage. Researchers claim Tianeptine might have the beneficial effects of SSRI without flattening of affect, cognitive dulling and sexual side-effects.
Any experience? (I've been searching in the archives for Tianeptine experience but didn't find any long-term user so far).

The first dose made me slightly hypomanic. Weird but interesting drug.
