lots of knowledge at this site and would like to tap into it. i'm taking 150mg of effexor and 0.5mg of clonazepam. i can't handle any higher a dose of effexor to combat my chronic fatigue. i get very aggitated and ruminating seems to increase. i'd like to try remeron but i've read post's that it is sedating. sounds like it would be good for my type of depression- any thoughts on it combined with my clonazepam would be appreciated.
