Lamictal n swollen eyes

Through archives someone mentioned that their eye lids and under eyes were swollen/puffy
Well my eyelids seem to droop with swelling one eye more than the other and I cannot age in one week (is it water retention but only on face-strange) No other swelling.
Does this phenomenon go away whilst on lamictal or do I have to stop and then it goes away -hopefully? Ah , so vain... : )
Also I cannot tolerate any bright light ...
Any ideas or do you know of an available sexy plastic surgeon...thanks
