I am a 24 year old woman and have always had difficulty achieving orgasms. Since starting on 40mg of Paxil a month ago for GAD I have not been able to have an orgasm at all. My MD perscribed 15mg of Buspar for teeth clenching but the sexual side effects have not improved. I noticed on the board that other people have had success sexually with Buspar - what dosage is effective for this? Has anyone else found any other solutions to the sexual side effects?

I've had a low sex drive myself. I take Celexa and 100mg IR Wellbutrin 3x a day.
Sex is better than ever!
BuSpar made me feel just awful. Try Wellbutrin.

PS- I had to start out slowly with WB it made me more anxious at first.

How can Wellbutrin replace BuSpar? Is it used for severe anxiety because I need something to calm me if I take any SSRI
