Topamax Side Effects

What ADDITIONAL side effects would you anticipate if you added a low dose of Topamax (25 to 75 mg/day) to an existing Depakote regimen to control weight gain? Would the 25 - 75 mg/day be a high enough dose to reduce/eliminate the appetite increase associated with the Depakote without adding other negative side effects?

Any personal anecdotes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
