Hello, i need advise here. I think i may be borderline pyscosis. I take remeron 30mg for sleep. I always wake up during the night, very pariniod, and somewhat dillusional. Would i benifit more from seroquel, which blocks dopamine?

Friend,
Seroquel will give you protection against paranoia at least all night, but I recommend Zyprexa as it has a more favorable side-effect profile.
