med titration question

i am increasing my dose of remeron to 45mg, hopefully to get a bit more stimulating effect and stop this hunger. I figured that i wont be able to fall asleep like 15 or 30 mg, so im adding .5mg of xanax or 10mg of ambien at night along with 45mg remeron.
Im dropping the desipramine, due to the norepinephrine a 2 blockade at higher remeron dose. any suggestions?
