Paxil or Effexor with Wellbutrin?

I currently take 40mg Paxil daily for treatment of mild depression and social anxiety disorder. I was once taking 150mg Wellbutrin SR with the Paxil to alleviate opiate cravings, and to help with my ADHD. Although the Paxil works well for me, I am considering adding Wellbutrin again. But I have also heard and read much about Effexor, and believe I will definately discuss it with my doctor. If I do start Effexor, would there be a need for another drug such as Wellbutrin for my conditon? Thanks.
