I'm currently taking .5mg Clonazepam/day. I break it into four small chunks, and spread it throughout the day from noon to bedtime. It is inconvenient, however, it seems like if I miss one, or even shift the cycle, I pay a price with increased anxiety and gastrointestinal problems. I'm afraid to change anything about it anymore. Does anyone know how long the half life of Clonazepam dosage is and how to dose it optimally throughout the day?

I take 6 mg/day.
2 mg in the morning. 2mg in the evening. 2mg
at bedtime.I think if you split it into 3 doses, it should
have a fairly steady effect. A lot of doctors
recommend taking a stronger dose at night.
For instance I used to take 1 mg morn., 1 mg afternoon,
2 mg at night.-john
