Posted by geno on November 28, 2001, at 17:17:01

Hello, im currently on remeron 30mg, desipramine 25mg and xanax 5mg. My slee and anxeity or great. BUT my mood is so bad. LIke very anitsocial. Im thinking of adding taintapine, a eurpoean med. Would this help. I may try neuronint to stabilized my moods, but i dotn think this med will help my low mood.
Dopamine meds make me very very anxiouis, not good. Norep meds also do. I think i need a more powerful seratonin booster. Iv been non remeron for 3 months now, and no luck desipramine at a higher dose increases my pulse and anxiety makes me more anxious.

Hi Geno,
So sorry to hear you're feeling so bad. I mentioned in another post to you that I am taking Lamictal (a mood stabilizer) along with Serzone. It has taken awhile to get up to a working dose, but I am finally feeling some relief from my depression and agitation.

Let me know if you have any questions about it ...

Hang in there,
-cindy
