got my BP wrist moniter today.
stopping 75mg of effexor and 45 sol tab of remeron tonight....
its gonna be a hard week as i see my pdoc on the 29th. going to have alot of side effects on nardil from what you guys told me but to be free of social anxiety will be worth it. and depression as nardil must be very effective.
anymore feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The arm models are supposed to be more accurate (they're also a little less expensive, or a lot less if you're willing to get a manual one).
Good luck with the Nardil. It works very well for a lot of people, but there's no guarantee that it will work for any particular person. I hope that you find it helpful.
