Serzone - lowest effective dose

I just started taking Serzone a week ago (in combination with Lamictal). It has helped my anxiety a lot already, at only 100 mg per day.

Should I keep increasing it anyway? Up to 400 mg -- the highest in my sample packet (which I assume means that is the "therapeutic dose."
