i have been on wellbutrin for a month for depression. does this drug actually work to combat depression? i have been just as depressed as usual and have only experience slight increase in energy and slight decrease in appetite. how long should i wait for this drug to work on my depression? does it ever work?

It works 2/3 times according to the manufacturer.
This is the hit rate for most any AD.

You can take WB upto 400 mg/day. The anti-depressant
effect can take upto 8 weeks+.
Most people respond in 2-4 weeks.

Works for me, but like JohnX2 said it might not work for you.
