For antidepressant fatigue how much does one take per day? I just received the Adrafinil from IAS.

Hi Sal,
I started with half a pill a day for a few days, eventually worked up to 4 a day, but am now satisfied with 1 a day. One pill a day perks me up. Odd, but 3 or 4 actually makes me feel fatigued. Dosing is tricky and will require experimentation as well as time.In literature the dosage is said to be 1 or 2 pills twice a day. I do fine with just 1 once a day. But of course, I am thoroughly convinced that Adrafinil is somehow working synergistically with my Prozac.
Considering the other meds you are taking, there's no way to predict what will happen. But you are well versed in this game, so I'm sure you know how to handle it. Slow and low would be wise in my opinion.

I hope it has fewer side effects for you Sal than it did for me. It did strange things to my, uh, manhood. Please post your experiences. It is always interesting to see how one thing I maybe didn't like is great for someone else.

I've been taking Adrafinil for 4 days now at 1200 mg per day. Its too early to tell whether it does anything for me or not.
