>Adrafinil works wonders for my depression and social anxiety but if I stop taking it I get rebound symptoms worse than any other med. I feel like my IQ drops about 30 points if I forget to take it. I don't feel safe behind the wheel. It's as if I have to think: Green means go!!! Red means stop!!! This makes me worry about the safety of this med. Anyone else experience this? >Lawrence S.

If for some reason you decide not to take it, you could always switch to the more-readily available modafinil. Or the less controlled pemoline.

When you say more readily available, are you talking about bio-availability or availability here in the States (Modafinil)?
