Has anyone good results with paroxetine for melancholic depression ? I read it could be better than other ssris for this subtype and has faster onset of action.Tried celexa up to 100 mg (made me to tired), Effexor (foggy head) and Surmontil (sedation). Now I am on Zoloft 50 mg for about 4 weeks and I am feeling bad: nausea coming and going, loss of appetite, very low mood....
Whats about Edronax ? Theres a study that it would work as least as good as imipramine for severe depression (melancholic subtype) with a faster onset of action ! Does anyone had a relief of melancholic mood ?
Thanks
