I'm diabetic and have anxiety and depression. I read in TAPIR that diabetics have some degree of dysautonomia and so do PD sufferers. I know this from the feeling that the body is running away with itself, thumping heart, overheating - you know the story. It mentions how some diabetics control this with Alpha-Lipoic-Acid. I can report a good response in my own case after only 3 days. Whether ALA is responsible isn't certain of course. Anyone else tried it?
