Richelson: Drug induced lupus

Dr. Richelson,

I wonder if you can tell me if you have any experience with, or knowledge of what the long-term effects might be from staying on a medication that is either causing a drug induced lupus, or aggravating a pre-existing systemic lupus. I would also be interested in knowing if you have encountered, or have information on patients who have developed a lupus syndrome with all SSRI antidepressants.
