I've tried different SSRIs and a tricyclic anti-depressant against OCD. They worked GREAT, but made me too tired. Then I tried Reboxetine, to no effect. My doc says he doesn't know of anything else to treat OCD. Help!

Zyprexa is uncommonly used to treat OCD, because of its effects on serotonin. Also, you can use mirtazapine, nefazodone, MAOIs, or venlafaxine.

Iam on zyprexa and it has helped my racing thoughts. There is an element of ocd also in these thoughts followed by excessive guilt and self nagging doubts that causes distress. I would recommend it. Its an atypical antispchotic but doctors prescribe it for anxiety too.
