I was doing fairly well. Paxil had somewhat positive effects, adrafinal seemed to help, xanax filled in the gaps. Lost weight, sexual acitivity more than acceptable, then after 6 months, poop out (seems like an odd phrase. Just got worse, gained weight, depression increased, etc.). Doc increase Paxil to 60 mg. and depression increased and anxiety increased. Now changing to Effexor. Any advice would be greatly appreaciated. I have tried klonopin for this social anixiety and it really works but my doc. would prefer to stay away from this type of drug.
60 Mg. of Paxil was freaky. Running (excercising) included electrical-type impulse (shock) feeling waves thru my arms and legs. Strange.
Looking for effexor succes. What should I whatch for?
