I am having great results with the effexor. My worry is that there are so many negative posts on the drug. Everyone just remember that every drug works differently on different people. The side effects go away, and as for ending the treatment, just remember it's hard with any drug!!! Your body may not be ready. Don't get to antsy....use the tool until you don't need it. Listen to your body. I hope everyone finds the right combo. For me effexor XR is it!!! Andbelieve me I've been through a lot of them. Just keep with it.

I've got a few questions about your experience on Effexor XR: How long have you been on it? What dosage are level are you currently taking? What side effects are you currently experiencing: weight gain, sexual, insomnia, drowsiness, agitation, inability to get out of bed in the morning, none of these? Just wondering.

Just wondering.I started on and am still currently on 75. I have had weight loss actually...loss of appetite is one of my major sde effects. Vivid dreams. Agitation in the beginning which has gone away. The most annoying is that I feel slightly nauseated right after I take the effexor and after I eat. These are all effects I can handle considering that I have my life back. There is no wonder drug that CURES. You have to go with the one with the greatest positive effect and the least negative. Every drug has its downside, but I feel "normal" again for most of my day, and that's great for me!!!
