Hi all, I've seen a lot of posts about SSRI poop out, I know how distressing this can be. After a good initial response to 40mg of Celexa it pooped out after a few months. My doctor suggested adding Serzone since the Celexa was still working somewhat. We started low at 100mg a day for the first week, then 200 mg a day. After 3 weeks on 200mg/day I started feeling better.
The trick with Serzone is to go slow, that way you're more likely to tolerate it and stay on it to give it a chance to work. Hope this may help some of you. Everyday you are closer to getting well keep focusing on that.God bless and keep trying.

I have success with effexor/serzone. But the first month was rough.
This is the end of the thread.
