When I was taking prozac and trazadone, I had terrible itching on palms at night that would develop ugly cracks. When the prozac dose was upped hand cracks disappeared immediately but then started to develop cracks in corners of lips.
Switched to Wellbutrin, no cracks for first 4 weeks and now starting again. Dermatologist says lip cracking starts with an allergic reaction but I think starts with a stressful event. (In both situations not so bad in summer time and lots of sun.) Any others with this experience?
