dexedrine ?

I had been feeling great for about 6 weeks at 10 mg. spansule dexedrine 2 x a day and a 2.5 mg. tab at 5 (along with a 20 mg. prozac). The last week or so it seems as if I am getting tired again...napping during the day, just not as alert as I had been. Is this typical? What's going on ?Is this what you guys are talking about dosage tolerance? HELP! elise

I think that none of the drugs provide the same
effect after several weeks as they do when (if)they originally take effect,
but I wouldn't necessarily call it poop out....
maybe poop down is more accurate. Doses of 60 mg
Dexadrine are not considered excessive. You may want to increase your dose somewhat, and see how that works.

Prozac and Dexies? You obviously don't live in Connecticut (lucky you!).
Your doctor is the best source for information re. this phenomenon.

Don't other people take prozac and dexedrine here? I thought it was pretty common. Not in Conn.? elise
