Angel,
I wish I could help with the Effexor but it never helped me. The only thing that really helped me for an extended period of time was Klonopin. I'm not taking it on a regular basis anymore but I also haven't had a PA in almost two years now. I know a lot of doctors don't like to prescribe Benzo's but they really do work.

I had medium panic as well as other things, but on efefxor the panic went totally out of control... it seemed to multiply it by a million!
I was taken off it after 6 weeks... I'm now on serzone, and the panic is alot better (also on Propanalol for the panic).
