Hi,
well, I saw the pdoc again today, and told him as much as I could about how I've been feeling. He has changed me to Efexor XL (I guess this is the same as XR), 75mg AM, and 150mg PM - in these timed release capsules. he has also added a beta blocker - Propranolol 40mg AM & PM, - to try to help with the panic and sweating etc, and also a short term course of Zopiclone 7.5mg PM to help me sleeping.
Hopefully this is gonna help, I have hopes for it. Feeling a bit low tonight as my husband is in hospital having surgery, and I'm a total worry bucket about it.

Nikki,
I hope the new meds help you out. When my doc added a beta blocker (Catapres) it really helped with the anxiety (the last few days have been pretty rough though). Hopefully it will do the trick for you. Please send your hubby my wishes for a safe surgery and a speedy recovery. I'll be praying for him.... and you.
Hugs,
Greg
