I am 2 weeks post reduction in dose of paxil(40-20mg) and discontinued, and then begun on celexa. I had a rough ride going on paxil 2 years ago, and now the med change is to attempt a less sedating med. I again am going through the dizziness, and loss of clarity in thinking and i use my brain alot at work and i'm trying to find a way to manage the initial side effects, specifically the lack of mental clarity. Anyone used benedryl? dramamine? or any thing elsethat worked well through this time of transition? sincerely,dk

Dawn, Maybe a stim, short term. Ritalin has helped me. Never taken Celexa but took it w/ Paxil for a few years.
