prozac vs. paxil/aropax

any responses regarding the weight gain effects of paxil and prozac. also all you americans are lucky --
you have lots more options regards antidepressants than we aussies do.... best wishes. michele b.

Canadian here! Paxil..weight gain. Yes for me. I have gained about 25 pounds over the past 8 months. Been on Paxil about 13 months...funny it didn't put weight on me right away, but it didn't. A friend of mine is on Celexa, she has gained like 30 pounds in 2 months..yikes!!! Be careful about the weight gain!! Good luck.
