i tried to search for "substance p" in this website. there were numerous threads that appeared, but there was a problem. when i clicked on one of the threads, "this page cannot be found" pops up on my monitor. this is not a single incident, in the past couple of weeks the search engine has not worked for me. any suggestion?

Hmm, it worked for me just now. I tried the current messages, "00 February 20", and also a year ago, "99 February 1". Both turned up posts, and all the links seemed to work (though depending on which version of the site you're using, the posts may not show up in the search window).
Or, if you can be more specific about what you do that doesn't work, I can give that a try, too.
