I'm still doing very well re Social Phobia with Klonopin and no AD (although it doesn't help my mild OCD any). But I get a little annoyed at carrying around pills for multiple daily dosing.
Has anyone used a Paxil and Wellbutrin combo? What are (were) the results? I'm especially interested in anxiety effects (Social Anxiety in particular) and side effects (sexual function/libido in particular).

This isn't going to give you the info you want, I think. But I did take the paxil/wellbutrin combo for a short time a few years ago. The goal was to augment the paxil, which I had been taking, so I didn't have to increase the paxil dose because it caused significant myoclonus. The problem was that I developed persistent diarrhea after taking the wellbutrin, and had to discontinue it.

I just started taking Wellbutrin to augment Paxil, but I'm afraid it's only been since monday, so I don't have anything much to say yet. I'm having a little trouble sleeping, and my hand shakes more, but mothing else...
