Just stopping by for a visit. Good to see this community of old timers is still in touch.
Recently upped my main AD med a wee bit and it seems to be helping. Well, it's either that or having spent a little more than 2 weeks at the beach, hehe.. No, it's the meds, because I'm tolerating the beach withdrawal now that I'm back at work. (Although as I told my therapist, I think the only reason I'm tolerating the return from vacation and return to work and all of its stressors is that I am operating under a very powerful delusion that being back at work is a temporary condition and that any day now I'll go back to my permanent mode of being on vacation at the beach).

Delusions can be such a good thing, can't they? I hope you return soon to your real life, with white sands, mimosas served by nubile youths, and SHARKS! Sharks, with their white teeth, their rippling skin, their gold Rolexes...
Come to think of it, how 'bout picking me on on your way?

So glad you stopped by, Noa, and are doing well. I think it helps keep the oldies going. Well, it does me, anyhow, to see familiar "handles."
As for beaches, it was in the hundred-degree temp range today, so I'm yearning more for ....Alaska, maybe.....
:)

Hi Noa
Your holiday at the beach sounds wonderful. Have had a few chilly nights here and yearn for the beach in summer. Today was bright and sunny but cold. Nice though, everyone has gone to the Football and I am home here in front of the fire. It is cosy - with the fire and the clothes drier going, the house is very toasty.
Noa it is nice to "see" you - all the best,
Deb.

Yo Noa,
great that the meds are working & that you had a nice holiday.
Hope the good feelings continue; I suspect that they will.
hugs to you, Kath
